About The Position
Michael Kors is seeking a fashion-minded Sales Assistant to work in a creative, fast-paced retail environment. The role supports sales performance and customer satisfaction by meeting sales goals, providing elevated service, building repeat clientele, maintaining merchandise and inventory, and carrying out sales-floor and register operations. The position is at Dadeland Mall in Miami, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Meet sales goals and use elevated sales and service standards to maximize sales performance.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of merchandise.
- Monitor sale details, including shipping, alterations when applicable, and special requests, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Comply with sales-related policies and procedures.
- Maintain an interest in the fashion industry and market trends.
- Provide the highest level of customer service.
- Build and maintain repeat clientele and use the client book.
- Resolve client problems and complaints quickly and effectively.
- Keep the selling floor and merchandise neat, organized, and stocked.
- Assist with inventory maintenance in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
- Assist with stock, shipping, receiving protocols and policies, and related paperwork.
- Participate in inventories.
- Comply with Point-of-Sale policies and procedures and properly execute relevant register functions.
- Adhere to the work schedule, including time and attendance requirements.
- Participate in training and development seminars, programs, and meetings as directed by store management.
