As we continue to grow and serve the Rochester community, we're looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team at Dahl CDJR Rochester! As a Sales Assistant, you'll receive ongoing peer-to-peer training, hands-on CRM system training, and support from a strong leadership team dedicated to helping you succeed and grow your career. Requirements

At least one previous role based in customer service experience.
Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve.
Prompt and courteous demeanor.
Positive and hardworking personality.
Strong computer skills.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Respond quickly to our guests questions via text, email, or phone.
Provide guests with initial product information and help direct them to appropriate dealership resources.
Help guests better utilize website tools to identify what finance options may be best for their needs.
Work together with sales staff to stay in contact with our guests before, during, and after purchase process.
Participate in team and process development sessions as we work to better our guest experience and serve them where they are in the purchase process.
Utilize dealership tools to track opportunities, view the status of the purchase process, and to communicate with our guests in the manor they want to be communicated with.
Utilize CRM systems that saves time and increases our effectiveness with guest communication daily.
