The Sales Assistant / Receptionist serves as the primary front-line ambassador for the community and provides administrative and sales support to leadership to support occupancy and resident satisfaction goals. This position creates a welcoming, professional, and service-oriented first impression for residents, families, prospective residents, referral partners, vendors, and visitors. This role supports the community’s sales and marketing efforts by assisting with lead management, tour coordination, marketing event support, and move-in transition processes. The Sales Assistant / Receptionist plays a key role in supporting relationship-based sales efforts and ensuring prospective residents and families experience a seamless and positive transition into the community.
