Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team by managing complex accounts day-to-day.
  • Quote jobs.
  • Coordinate with clients.
  • Manage portal accounts.
  • Serve as the primary contact for major customers needing assistance.
  • Shepherd projects through prepress, print, wide format, finishing, and shipping.
  • Ensure all departments have necessary resources.
  • Meet all project deadlines.
