About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales & Project Coordinator to join our sign and graphics team. This position serves as a key point of contact for customers, handling sales inquiries, preparing estimates, coordinating projects, and ensuring a positive customer experience from initial contact through final installation. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. This role is critical to helping our team deliver high-quality signage solutions while supporting the continued growth of our business.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales, customer service, account management, or related experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the sign, graphics, printing, marketing, construction, or visual communications industry.
  • Knowledge of sign materials, graphic applications, vehicle wraps, banners, and wide-format printing.
  • Experience preparing estimates and managing custom project sales.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and design workflows.
  • Experience working in a small business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, website, and walk-in customers.
  • Consult with customers to understand project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, work orders, and invoices.
  • Follow up on quotes and leads to convert opportunities into sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and referral partners.
  • Assist with outbound prospecting, follow-up calls, and customer retention efforts.
  • Coordinate project details with design, production, and installation teams.
  • Schedule site surveys, production timelines, and installation appointments.
  • Track project status and communicate updates to customers.
  • Manage customer records and sales activities within company software and CRM systems.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell products and services.
  • Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Help ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and within customer expectations.
