Requirements

  • Previous direct sales experience, preferably in senior living or healthcare.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Outstanding communication, organization, and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare, or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of senior living and Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the move-in process from start to finish, including paperwork, apartment finish selections, billing coordination, and welcoming new residents to the community.
  • Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable resource for prospective residents and their families by answering questions, conducting follow-up, and providing information about Cedar Community's services and living options.
  • Assist with lead management, tours, events, seminars, and CRM documentation to help achieve occupancy goals for Independent and Assisted Living.
  • Prepare marketing materials, manage event RSVPs, complete post-event follow-up, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Philanthropy, and Independent Living teams.
  • Support new residents before, during, and after move-in while coordinating welcome activities, move-outs, and ongoing communication to ensure a smooth transition.
