About The Position
Join us for our Hiring Event on Thursday, September 17th, 2026! We are currently hiring for Sales and Support positions in the following areas: Shoes, Women's Apparel, Men's Apparel, Kids Apparel & Shoes. On-the-spot job offers will be made for most roles. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses.
Requirements
- Sales: $13.15
- Apparel, shoes, and accessories sales typically range from 3% to 14.5%.
- The commission Beauty and Men’s Fragrance sales roles typically receive is 3%.
Responsibilities
- Handle merchandise and assist customers.
- Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching.
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
- Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
