About The Position

Nordstrom is hiring for Sales and Support positions during their Hiring Event on Thursday, September 17th, 2026, from 11 am to 5 pm at the Southpark store located at 4400 Sharon Road, Charlotte, NC 28211. Candidates can attend the event anytime during the specified hours for an interview, with an approximate duration of 1 hour. On-the-spot job offers will be made for most roles. The available positions are in Women's Apparel, Lingerie, Cashier, and Women's Apparel Inventory Support. If unable to attend the event, applications will still be considered.

Responsibilities

• Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
• Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
