About The Position

Nordstrom is hosting a Hiring Event on Thursday, September 17th, from 11 am to 5 pm at Nordstrom Bellevue Square. We are seeking candidates for Sales Positions in Beauty, Women's Apparel, Women's Shoes, and Inventory Support. On-the-spot job offers will be made for most roles. The interview process is expected to take approximately 1 hour. If you are unable to attend the event, your application will still be considered.

Requirements

Ability to handle merchandise and assist customers.
Ability to use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
Ability to reach for and lift bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items above the head.
Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
