About The Position

Nordstrom is hiring for Sales positions in various departments including Beauty, Women's Apparel, Men's Apparel, Kids, and Shoes. They are also hiring for Customer Service roles. The company is hosting a hiring event on Thursday, September 17th, 2026, from 11 am to 5 pm at the Nordstrom Ala Moana store. On-the-spot job offers may be made for most roles. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, and if unable to attend the event, applications will still be considered.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Counter Management in Beauty
• Sales in Women's Apparel
• Sales in Men's Apparel
• Sales in Kids' departments
• Sales in Shoes departments
• Customer Service
• Handling merchandise and assisting customers
• Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift
• Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching
• Grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling with hands
• Handling bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items
• Reaching for and lifting items above the head
• Regularly lifting items weighing up to 10 pounds
• Occasionally lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds
• Frequently lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds
• Occasionally lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds [Stock/Logistics Only]
