About The Position
Join us for our Hiring Event on Thursday, September 17th, 2026! We are currently hiring for Regular Sales and Support positions in various areas including Women's Apparel, Men's Apparel, Men's & Women's Shoes, Kids Apparel & Shoes, and Logistics. On-the-spot job offers will be made for most roles. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses.
Requirements
- Resume is not required but welcome.
- Allow approximately 1 hour for the interview process.
Responsibilities
- Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers.
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
- Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
- Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds [Stock/Logistics Only].
