About The Position
Join us for our Hiring Event on Thursday, May 28th, 2026! We are currently hiring for Sales and Support positions in the following areas: Stock and Fulfillment, Women's Apparel, Women's Shoes, and Accessories. On-the-spot job offers will be made for most roles. The pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Sales positions range from $14.25-$14.25 Hourly, and Stock, Fulfillment and Delivery positions range from $16.20-$16.85 Hourly. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. At Nordstrom, the commission most selling employees receive varies based on the merchandise they sell. Apparel, shoes, and accessories sales typically range from 3% to 14.5%. The commission Beauty and Men’s Fragrance sales roles typically receive is 3%.
