About The Position

Nordstrom is hiring for Sales and Support positions in various departments including Women's Apparel, Kids Apparel & Shoes, Women's/Men's Shoes, Men's Apparel, and Lingerie. The company is hosting a hiring event on Thursday, May 28th, 2025, from 11 AM to 5 PM at the Mayfair store located at 2424 North Mayfair Road, Wauwatosa, WI 53226. Interviews will be conducted on-the-spot, and job offers may be extended for most roles. The interview process is expected to take approximately one hour. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, and if unable to attend the event, applications will still be considered.

Requirements

Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift.
Ability to frequently bend, twist, squat, flex, and reach.
Ability to use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to reach for and lift bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items above the head.
Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
