About The Position

Nordstrom is currently hiring for Sales and Support positions. This includes roles in Seasonal Women's Apparel, Seasonal Shoes, Men's Apparel, Seasonal & Regular Accessories, Lingerie, and Seasonal Fulfillment. The company is hosting a National Hiring Day event on Thursday, June 11th, from 11 am to 5 pm at their Mayfair store. On-the-spot job offers will be made for most roles. The pay ranges vary by role, with Sales positions starting at $13.35/hour and Stock, Fulfillment, and Delivery positions ranging from $16.05-$16.70/hour. Some selling employees may also receive commission based on merchandise sold, typically ranging from 3% to 14.5% for apparel, shoes, and accessories, and 3% for Beauty and Men's Fragrance. Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
