Requirements

Sales roles commission varies based on merchandise sold (3% to 14.5% for apparel, shoes, accessories; 3% for Beauty and Men’s Fragrance).

Responsibilities

Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Handling bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting them above the head.
Regularly lifting items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
