About The Position
Nordstrom is hiring for sales and support positions in Women's Apparel, Shoes, Accessories, Lingerie, and Stock & Fulfillment. Applicants may attend the Ridgedale hiring event on Thursday, November 5, 2025, between 11 AM and 5 PM for an interview; no advance appointment is needed. Candidates should follow hiring-event signs or ask an employee for directions. Bringing a resume is optional, and the interview process takes approximately one hour. On-the-spot job offers will be made for most roles. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, and applicants who cannot attend the event may still be considered. Pay offers depend on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Sales roles are listed at $15.25 per hour, while Stock, Fulfillment, and Delivery roles are listed at $16.85–$17.55 per hour. Sales employees may also receive commission depending on merchandise sold.
