Sales and Service Tech
About The Position
SoftWash Systems is seeking a high-performance Sales and Service Tech for an outside sales role with service production execution. This is a 6-figure career opportunity where you will be in control of the sales and service cycle, get paid directly in proportion to what you produce, and have the chance to build your own soft washing business. The role involves visiting homes, listening to customer needs, presenting options, closing jobs, scheduling appointments, and accurately updating the CRM. You will also be responsible for performing the cleaning services, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating repeat and referral business, and representing the company professionally.
Requirements
- Ability to be outside and on your feet for 8 hours a day
- Ability to work on small equipment (mechanical aptitude)
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Clean driving record (less than 6 points)
- Solid use of computer programs, apps, and calendars
Responsibilities
- Visit homes where customers already need service
- Listen to the customer’s cleaning needs
- Present options confidently
- Close the job on the spot
- Schedule your Service Appointment
- Keep the CRM accurately up to date
- Be on time for your service appointment
- Clean the entire scope of work
- Ensure every job is done right the first time
- Create a 5-star customer experience on every job
- Generate repeat and referral business (marketing)
- Represent SoftWash Systems as a professional subject matter expert, not just a technician
