About The Position
Blue Compass RV is hosting an in-person hiring event on Wednesday, July 16th, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM in Redmond, OR. We are seeking motivated individuals for roles including F&I Managers, Parts Manager, Sales Associates, and Service Writers. - Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop others.

Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive or RV F&I experience.

Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the purchase of RVs.
- Build relationships with customers and understand their needs.
- Present financing, extended service contracts, and protection products to customers.
- Manage the final paperwork for sales transactions.
- Act as a liaison between customers and service technicians.
- Clearly communicate repair and maintenance needs.
- Ensure efficient completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Oversee daily parts operations.
- Support retail and service customers with parts needs.
- Manage inventory and ensure efficient dealership operations.
- Lead and develop a parts department team.
- Drive operational excellence in the parts department.
