Requirements
- RV, automotive, marine, or heavy equipment repair experience (for Experienced RV Technician).
- Enjoys hands-on mechanical work and problem solving (for Experienced RV Technician).

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of RV systems.
- Identify, source, and deliver the right parts at the right time.
- Walk customers through every feature of their new RV, answer questions, and demonstrate how everything works.
- Guide customers through purchases, build relationships, and help them make exciting life decisions.
