Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of RV systems.
• Work in a professional shop with a supportive team.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems related to RV systems.
• Deliver high-quality repairs.
• Identify, source, and deliver the right parts at the right time.
• Work directly with customers and the service team.
• Walk customers through every feature of their new RV.
• Answer customer questions and demonstrate how everything works.
• Ensure customers leave excited and confident with their purchase.
• Guide customers through the purchase process.
• Build relationships with customers.
