Requirements

  • Experience in retail, automotive, real estate, furniture, or commission-based sales.
  • Motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working toward commission-based earnings.
  • Enjoy building relationships and delivering a strong customer experience.
  • Communicate confidently and enjoy helping customers make big-ticket purchasing decisions.
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple customers at different stages of the sales process.
  • Open to training and coaching — no RV experience required.
  • Motivated, customer-focused, and enjoy building relationships while helping families create lasting memories.
  • Experience in parts, automotive, RV, retail, warehouse, or customer service roles (experience preferred, but not required).
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong inventory and paperwork accuracy.
  • Communicates clearly with technicians, vendors, and customers.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and inventory software (DMS experience a plus).
  • Can multitask in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Dependable, punctual, and works well as part of a team.
  • Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Sales-minded professional who can confidently guide customers through their service needs, identify additional opportunities, and handle challenging situations with professionalism and care.

Nice To Haves

  • No RV experience required for Sales Associates.
  • Experience preferred, but not required for Parts Advisors.
  • DMS experience a plus for Parts Advisors.
  • Backgrounds in automotive parts, retail parts counters, warehouse operations, service support roles, or customer service are a great fit for Parts Advisors.
  • Career-changers or those coming from hospitality, customer service, or inside sales roles are a good fit for Sales Associates.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the RV buying process, from needs assessment to delivery.
  • Support the service department by ordering, receiving, and distributing parts to technicians and customers.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication, accurate service recommendations, and efficient workflow.
  • Confidently guide customers through their service needs, identify additional opportunities, and handle challenging situations with professionalism and care.
