About The Position

Uline is hosting a Customer Service Hiring Event for both English and Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative positions, as well as Inside Sales Representative positions. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
  • High School Diploma.
  • 2+ years inside sales or call center experience.
  • Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be proficient in English to follow verbal and written instructions and safety policies.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish - fluency required.
  • Industrial products experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
  • Be a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
  • Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
  • Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
  • Support customers with special pricing requests, addressing pricing inquiries and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through phone and email interactions.
  • Provide insights and feedback from customers to help shape Uline product offerings.
  • Collaborate across Uline's internal departments to meet our customer's needs.
