Sales and Service Assistant Manager
About The Position
The Sales and Service Assistant Manager will effectively market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers. This role involves working independently, spending time both inside an office and outside on the property, performing general property care, cleaning, and maintenance. The position requires accurate payment processing, cash handling, and engaging with customers to provide an exceptional experience. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary for performing the essential functions of the job. This role is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the District Manager.
Requirements
- Must have a Real ID or Passport to travel to San Antonio training center
- Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Should be able to walk in and around the property, spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
- Cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining the property curb appeal
- Valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail, restaurant, fast food, hospitality, customer service/sales or self-storage experience is a plus.
