This position will cover multiple locations in Houston, TX, including Houston - Airline, Houston - Dallas, and Houston - San Felipe. The role involves effectively marketing and selling self-storage solutions, working independently both inside an office and outside on the property. Responsibilities include general property care, cleaning, maintenance, daily property walks to ensure spaces are ready for rent, accurate payment processing, and cash handling. The role also requires engaging with customers to provide an exceptional experience. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary. The job is classified as Non-Exempt and Full-time, with a work schedule typically Monday-Friday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, subject to change and the ability to work weekends. Travel is expected to be 25-50% of the time, including travel to a San Antonio training center.
