About The Position

A long-established St. Louis-area plastics materials company is hiring a Sales and Product Manager to take ownership of sales and product management for its fast-growing 3D printing filament business unit. The company extrudes filament for additive manufacturing and sells directly to consumers, to businesses, and through retail. This role will help scale the business by growing sales, managing the product line, building customer relationships, partnering with marketing, and driving revenue growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

Own sales growth across direct-to-consumer, B2B, and retail channels.
Manage the product line and its direction as the business scales.
Build and grow customer relationships in a specialty niche market.
Partner with marketing, including an outside online marketing expert, to grow demand.
Drive revenue growth and profitability for the business unit.
