About The Position

The Hajoca Summer Rotational Internship Program is a ten-week paid rotational internship designed for college students interested in business leadership and wholesale distribution. The program offers hands-on experience in all aspects of wholesale distribution, including logistics, operations, and sales. Interns will gain practical experience in shipping, receiving, deliveries, and warehouse management, followed by exposure to counter sales, inside sales, and outside sales. The final four weeks will involve working on a special project tailored to the intern's skills and the needs of the Profit Center, under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Requirements

• College student
• Desire to lead a team and pursue entrepreneurial ventures
• Demonstrated leadership skills through involvement in student clubs, sports, or volunteer organizations
• Ability to excel in a wide range of tasks, showcasing both interpersonal and critical-thinking skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous exposure to sales, operations, and/or customer service

Responsibilities

• Gain practical experience in shipping, receiving, deliveries, and warehouse management.
• Interact with customers and vendors in counter sales, inside sales, and outside sales.
• Work on a special project designed to test and sharpen operational, sales, and service skills.
• Tackle real-life challenges faced by industry experts.
