About The Position

Cactus Jack's Auto Sales is hiring a hands-on Sales and Operations Assistant for its Buy-Here Pay-Here auto sales and finance business. The role combines outdoor lot work with learning dealership systems and operations. Approximately half of the shift is spent outdoors in varying weather moving and merchandising vehicles, while the other half is spent learning the systems and processes that run a dealership. This position is intended as an entry point to a sales or management career, with opportunities to advance into sales, finance, underwriting, and management.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; the role involves driving company vehicles daily.
• Ability to be on your feet and outdoors for extended periods in all weather.
• Comfort using phone, text, and email.
• Availability to work retail hours, including Saturdays.
• At least 1 year of computer skills experience (required).

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• At least 1 year of direct support experience.
• Spanish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming inventory and merchandise vehicles so they are ready for the lot.
• Move and stage vehicles and run transfers between dealerships.
• Keep the lot and showroom clean, organized, and presentation-ready, both inside and outside.
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery.
• Learn the sales and finance process, including Buy-Here Pay-Here and payment structures.
• Learn and use the Dealer Management System and CRM; training is provided.
• Assist wherever needed to keep customers moving.
