About The Position

Headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, Moultrie is the leader in game feeders and cellular camera innovation, building products used by hunters, property owners, and others for real-time remote monitoring. The company takes pride in developing deep user understanding, obsessing about the details, and going the extra mile to show users they are valued. Moultrie is customer-driven, with hardware, software, marketing, and customer success teams collaborating to deliver a quality user experience. The company is guided by principles of Customer Obsession, Excellence as the Standard, Bias for Action, Acting Boldly, Delivering Results, Hiring and Developing the Best, Being Curious and Learning, and Winning as a Team. This role owns Moultrie's field team program and reports to the National Account Sales Manager within the sales organization. The position inherits an established field team and strategy, with the objective to keep driving and evolving it, focusing on ownership rather than maintenance. The role involves setting store-visit goals, administering the trade-up code program, supporting field-team social content, and leading field-team participation in various events. The program and its tracking are managed on a proprietary platform used daily for managing members, tracking store visits, coordinating events, and managing a distributed team. The ideal candidate is a natural relationship-builder, a strong project manager, and utilizes technology as a working tool.
