Pro Signs is now seeking a strategic leader to help scale its sales and marketing operations to the next level. The Sales & Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of the company’s revenue strategy. This role is focused on building scalable systems, strengthening market positioning, and driving structured growth across all target markets. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with industry experience who can translate growth momentum into disciplined, repeatable processes and long-term market expansion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in construction, manufacturing, or signage/branding industries
  • Proven experience scaling revenue within a growth-oriented company
  • Strong financial and forecasting acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to build structure within expanding organizations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and modern sales technologies

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a multi-year sales and marketing growth strategy
  • Establish revenue targets, KPIs, and performance dashboards
  • Identify expansion opportunities across new markets, verticals, and geographies
  • Provide executive leadership with actionable market intelligence and strategic recommendations
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the Sales and Marketing teams
  • Establish clear accountability structures and performance expectations
  • Conduct structured goal setting, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with operations, estimating, and production teams
  • Oversee pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and revenue tracking
  • Develop and refine pricing strategies aligned with market conditions
  • Analyze financial performance and adjust strategy as needed to achieve growth targets
  • Lead brand positioning efforts to strengthen market presence
  • Oversee annual marketing plans, budgets, and campaign strategies
  • Ensure marketing initiatives directly support revenue objectives
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to maintain differentiation
