Responsibilities

Assist with creating and designing sales materials, media kits, and campaign materials
Assist the content team with execution of site surveys and remote broadcasts
Monitor and maintain marketing inventory, including promotional items, signage, and station vehicles
Collaborate with marketing teammates to track promotional expenses and related documentation
Assist with planning and execution of station contests and promotions
Support marketing and sales departments with campaign deliverables and related coordination
Provide sales support, including sales order entry, vCreative coordination, and invoicing support
Create event and campaign recaps
Participate in marketing brainstorm meetings and promotional planning discussions
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
