About The Position

Luxelocker is redefining the premium storage industry by creating high-quality facilities designed to serve as an extension of our customers’ homes. Through strategically located developments, exceptional customer experiences, and a commitment to quality, security, and convenience, we provide tailored solutions for enthusiasts with valuable assets. With plans to expand by approximately 280 additional locations over the next nine years — representing nearly 40,000 doors and an estimated $4 billion development footprint — Luxelocker is building one of the fastest-growing premium storage platforms in the industry. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a driven, process-oriented Sales & Leasing Manager to help lead and develop our internal sales organization while driving strong execution across the customer sales and leasing experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in high performance, fast-paced environments, values accountability, and knows how to build consistent sales performance through coaching, structure, and operational discipline. We are looking for a player-coach — someone who can develop people, improve processes, maintain pipeline visibility, and step in to help close high-value opportunities when needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, improving team performance, and driving measurable results in a high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience with leadership or management responsibility
  • Proven success in high-ticket sales environments ($50K+ transactions preferred)
  • Experience managing inside sales teams and pipeline-driven environments
  • Strong coaching, communication, and accountability skills
  • Process-oriented mindset with confidence using CRM systems, KPIs, and forecasting tools
  • Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on sales support

  • Experience in real estate, luxury assets, or related industries is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop inside sales representatives
  • Establish a high-performance sales culture built around accountability and execution
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, 1:1 meetings, and performance reviews
  • Set clear KPIs, expectations, and follow-up standards for the team
  • Drive monthly sales and leasing targets across the organization
  • Improve conversion rates, lead response times, and overall pipeline performance
  • Ensure consistent follow-up and strong customer engagement throughout the sales process
  • Step in to support or close high-value or complex opportunities when needed
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and CRM discipline across the team
  • Lead weekly pipeline reviews and forecasting discussions
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Marketing to improve lead flow and sales efficiency
  • Help refine messaging, workflows, scripts, and sales processes over time
