About The Position

Arboreal Management is seeking a Leasing Associate to join their mission-driven, fast-growing team in Seattle, WA. This full-time role involves managing a portfolio of residential units, acting as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, and contributing to the company's growth. The position offers a schedule of Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., with potential for some evenings or weekends as needed. Arboreal Management is the property management arm of Great Expectations, a real estate investment firm focused on affordable housing in the Pacific Northwest, managing over 6,000 apartment homes.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in leasing, sales, real estate, or a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • A professional, can-do attitude and the ability to self-manage your time and priorities
  • Comfort with data, digital tools, and multitasking across locations
  • A desire to grow your career in real estate and learn from experienced mentors

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AppFolio or other leasing/PM software

Responsibilities

  • Respond to leads and conduct tours across multiple sites
  • Craft compelling property narratives and develop marketing strategies
  • Manage social media campaigns and online listings
  • Build rapport with prospective residents and close leases
  • Coordinate move-ins and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and the broader leasing team
  • Use tools and data to track performance and improve outcome
