We are looking for a consultant who understands prospect needs and matches them with the perfect home and community features, proactively hunts, prospects, and captures leads, and guides prospects seamlessly through the "Havenpark Sales Matrix." You will also be responsible for maintaining expert knowledge of our products, local competition, and market demographics, cultivating resident satisfaction, and converting renters to owners. Collaboration with Community Managers, Regional Management and Sales Management is key, as is a commitment to self-development and attending team meetings.
