About The Position

Havenpark Communities is seeking a Sales and Leasing Agent to join their team. This role is ideal for a "hunter" with a resilient mindset, capable of prospecting and converting leads. The agent will act as a consultant, understanding prospect needs and matching them with the perfect home and community features. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, guiding prospects through the sales process, handling documentation, and maintaining market knowledge. The role also involves resident relations, converting renters to owners, and collaborating with internal teams. Havenpark offers a competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission structure, with top performers earning over $100k. The company emphasizes a collaborative culture and provides the necessary tools and training for success.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (real estate, new home sales, or B2C) strongly preferred.
  • Coachability

  • Ability to walk the community grounds and lift supplies as needed.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

  • Understand prospect needs and match them with the perfect home and community features.
  • Proactively hunt, prospect, and capture leads through networking, call campaigns, and open houses.
  • Guide prospects seamlessly through the "Havenpark Sales Matrix."
  • Handle credit checks, calculate payments, and ensure all documentation is compliant with state regulations and Fair Housing Standards.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of our products, local competition, and market demographics.
  • Cultivate resident satisfaction by following up on recent move-ins.
  • Actively engage with current renters, helping them transition into homeownership.
  • Collaborate with Community Managers, Regional Management and Sales Management to refine sales strategies.
  • Commit to self-development and attending team meetings.
