About The Position

Nordstrom is hiring for Regular Sales roles in Women's Apparel, Shoes, Accessories, and Kid's Apparel. They are also hiring for Seasonal Support in Fulfillment & Delivery. The company is hosting a hiring event on Thursday, September 17, 2026, from 11 AM to 5 PM at the Beachwood Place store (26200 Cedar Road, Beachwood, OH 44122). Interviews will be approximately 1 hour, and on-the-spot job offers will be made for most roles. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, and if unable to attend the event, applications will still be considered.

Requirements

Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift.
Ability to frequently bend, twist, squat, flex, and reach.
Ability to frequently use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to reach for and lift bulky and awkwardly shaped items above the head.
Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds [Stock/Logistics Only].

Responsibilities

Handle merchandise and assist customers.
Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
