Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent or at least 1 year of working experience
  • Valid state driver’s license and safe driving record
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Satisfactory MVR (driving record)
  • D.O.T. physical/certification in states that require it
  • Comply with the Arona Driver Qualification Policy
  • Pass a drug screening and criminal background investigation

Responsibilities

  • Direct management of a store, including profit and loss, asset management, customer growth and maintenance, revenue production, personnel development, and inventory control (General Manager).
  • Managing the Customer Accounts Department, responsible for renewals and achieving non-renewal closing percentages (Customer Retention Manager/Assistant Manager).
  • Managing sales and marketing functions, with emphasis on telephone and floor sales, direct marketing, new customer growth, social media, customer service, and store merchandising (Market and Growth Manager).
  • Maintaining administrative organization, customer files, processing transactions, in-store and telephone sales, direct marketing, new customer growth, and renewal payment processing (Market and Growth Associate).
  • Assisting the Customer Accounts Department with lease agreement renewals (Customer Retention Associate).
  • Merchandise handling including loading, securing, delivering, setting up, troubleshooting, and demonstrating products; occasionally reviewing lease agreements (Delivery Specialist).
