About The Position

No matter what stage of your career, you can build your future at Tempur Sealy! The ideal candidate will work in teams of 2 or 3 people. Two of them lift an encased coil spring mattress assembly (50 lbs. each) from the floor and place it onto the waist high table. The semi-rigid foam pieces, which are pre-cut, are inserted into the perimeter of the spring assembly and are hot-glued together. The process is repeated approximately 20 times per hour for a 4-person team. Requirements

• Ability to work in teams of 2 or 3 people
• Ability to lift an encased coil spring mattress assembly (50 lbs. each) from the floor and place it onto the waist-high table
• Ability to insert semi-rigid foam pieces, which are pre-cut, into the perimeter of the spring assembly and hot glue them together
• Must be able to stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours per day or longer in overtime situations, as required
