About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven Sales & Customer Support Coordinator to support our sales operations and serve as an ambassador of Double Rainbow and our family of products to our customers. Double Rainbow On September 28, 1976, we signed a lease on our first ice cream parlor. Later that day, we saw a double rainbow light up the sky over San Francisco and our name was born. Since then, Double Rainbow has been producing award winning, super premium ice creams and frozen desserts with one thing in mind, to always make the best. Join us in making every scoop count! What You Will Do This is a highly dynamic role that blends sales support, customer relationship management, and field-based brand representation. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring orders are processed accurately while actively supporting and growing customer accounts through outreach, visits, and demos.

  • 2–5+ years of experience in food or beverage and/or foodservice sales, sales support, or customer operations
  • Experience working with distributors (DSD accounts) strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with distributor portals (UNFI, etc.)
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, NetSuite, Excel, or similar systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel regionally and work partially in the field, must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all orders are accurately taken, entered, and fulfilled
  • Manage customer setup, item forms, and distributor documentation (UNFI, US Foods, promo forms, etc.)
  • Maintain pricing lists, distribution reports, and item tracking
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and ongoing support
  • Conduct account check-ins to maintain and grow customer relationships
  • Navigate distributor portals and manage distributor and direct account needs
  • Conduct cold calling and outbound prospecting to generate new business
  • Research and qualify leads via LinkedIn, social platforms, and other channels
  • Lead demos and sampling events as needed
  • Travel regionally to support accounts and expand distribution
  • Assist with sales materials, presentations, and roadshows
  • Coordinate and support weekly sales meetings
  • Maintain accurate CRM data (HubSpot, NetSuite, or similar systems)
  • Track and manage promotional calendars and execution
  • Support product launches and item transitions
  • Maintain customer records, documentation, and account files
  • Support general sales operations, scheduling, and logistics as needed
