About The Position

Naturescape is seeking to hire a full-time Sales & Customer Service Representative to provide support at our Delafield, WI branch. This role is with a stable, family-owned business where you can be a valued, respected, and long-term member of a close-knit team. Your day will involve more than just answering the phone; it's about making a real impact by responding to customer emails and voicemails with care, offering solutions, and identifying sales opportunities for services to fulfill customer needs. The goal is to build long-term relationships by helping customers create a beautiful lawn and landscape. You will also assist in processing mail daily and, during winter months, reconnect with customers to ensure they are set up for the season ahead. You will become comfortable having real conversations and asking for the sale. While a background in sales or customer service is not required, strong communication skills, a positive and solution-focused attitude, comfort talking to customers and asking for the sale, computer and typing skills, and a willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Checking in on customer emails and voicemails and responding with care, offering solutions.
  • Identifying sales opportunities for services to fulfill customers' needs.
  • Building long-term relationships with customers.
