About The Position

Naturescape is seeking to hire a full-time Sales & Customer Service Representative to provide support at our Knoxville, TN branch. This role is with a stable, family-owned business where you can be a valued, respected, and long-term member of a close-knit team. Your day involves providing customer support, looking for sales opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, processing mail, and reconnecting with customers during winter months. You will become comfortable having real conversations with people and asking for the sale. No background in sales or customer service is required, as training will be provided.

Requirements

Strong communication skills (phone and email)
A positive mindset, with a solution-focused attitude
Comfortable talking to customers and asking for the sale
Computer and typing skills
The confidence to try new things and be willing to learn

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or Sales Associate

Responsibilities

Checking in on customer emails and voicemails and responding with care and offering solutions.
Looking for sales opportunities for services to fulfill customer needs.
Building long-term relationships with customers.
Processing small amounts of mail daily.
