Requirements

• Minimum three years of hands-on experience in sales and business development roles spanning multiple sectors or markets.
• Versatility in approaches to prospecting, relationship-building, and deal execution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity.
• Comfort providing structured feedback and actionable recommendations.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools or workflows in a remote setting.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess AI interview models by responding to scenario-based questions related to sales and business development.
• Provide detailed, constructive feedback on the relevance, accuracy, and realism of AI-generated questions and answers.
• Simulate authentic sales and business development conversations with AI models across a variety of industries and deal types.
• Document observations about AI performance, including strengths and areas for improvement.
• Offer insights on sales best practices, objection handling, lead qualification, relationship management, and closing strategies.
• Contribute a sales expert’s perspective to the refinement of project guidelines and evaluation standards.
• Participate in project discussions and knowledge sharing with other subject matter experts as needed.
