The Sales and Account Management Coordinator is a member of the Commercial Solutions team. We are a sales enablement team supporting the Clinical Trial Division of Thermo Fisher Scientific. Responsibilities include assisting with sales, client services, analytics, and bid defense scheduling. This role is the link between pre-sale and post-sale client satisfaction. You will be a part of a diverse, dynamic team, who plays a critical role in supporting Account Executives and Global Portfolio Leads in ensuring a positive client experience throughout the sales process. This will be accomplished: By supporting Account Executives to manage opportunities through RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, bid defenses and post-win activities as the need arises By seeking knowledge of the drug development process, client needs, and the service lines available within the organization. By seeking advice/input on complex problems when needed By applying strong critical thinking and self-management skills By staying motivated to learn and grow By being focused, organized, and process driven
