About the position
As a Sales Analyst, Insights, your role will involve diving into sales data to identify trends, improve forecasting, and uncover actionable insights. You will be responsible for building infrastructure and dashboards, as well as collaborating on data products. Your analysis skills will be crucial in improving operational processes and helping the Sales team achieve their goals. Additionally, you will review market trends and sales figures to provide recommendations to potential clients. This fully remote position requires at least 4 years of experience in data wrangling, analysis, reporting, and visualization.
Responsibilities
- Study past sales data to determine trends in productivity and quotas
- Dig into forecasting levers to identify incorrect assumptions and suggest improvements
- Collaborate on data products such as building dashboards and performing investigations
- Identify data cleanliness and process issues and help remedy them going forward
- Build and improve existing reporting to empower coworkers to make informed decisions and track performance
- Review market trends and sales figures to help the sales team understand the market and provide recommendations to potential clients
- Ensure ethical use of data
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience demonstrating data wrangling, analysis, reporting, and visualization in a fast-paced environment
- A prowess for data maintenance and cleanliness
