About The Position
This is an entry-level, remote sales agent position focused on life insurance. The role involves working through a queue of warm leads via phone or Zoom to help families understand their life insurance options and close sales. There is no cold calling or chasing uninterested leads, as all leads have already expressed interest. Comprehensive training and mentorship are provided, assuming no prior insurance or sales experience is necessary. The training covers product fundamentals, conversation frameworks, and objection handling. Mentors are available for ongoing support as agents build their production. The company partners with over 60 carriers to match clients with suitable products.
Requirements
- U.S. residency
- Background check
- Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one
Responsibilities
