About The Position
Mortgage protection is a slightly different conversation than standard life insurance, but the underlying model here is the same one across all our roles: every client already asked for information, so you're never starting a conversation cold. You'll help homeowners understand mortgage protection coverage — policies designed to ensure a mortgage stays covered if something happens to the homeowner — over phone or Zoom conversations. This is a specific and genuinely valuable niche within life insurance, and it comes with its own training track. Full onboarding covers the fundamentals of mortgage protection products specifically, how to have a conversation about this particular type of coverage, and how to close effectively. You'll have mentorship as you build confidence, and access to more than 60 carrier partners so you can find genuinely appropriate coverage for each homeowner's specific mortgage situation.
Requirements
- Must be U.S.-based
- Background-check eligible
- Licensed or willing to obtain a Life & Health insurance license

- Commission-only, uncapped, averaging $800 to $1,200 per policy
- Part-time: $50,000+ in year one
- Full-time: $80,000 to $300,000+ in year one
- Pay is issued daily/weekly
- Performance-based incentives available on top for agents hitting certain benchmarks.
