Born from a unique coalition of insurance experts, medical service providers, and facility owners, we provide skilled nursing and long-term care facilities with a single-source concierge platform for in-facility healthcare services. By streamlining service delivery, we provide residents with access to robust medical options that enhance their quality of care. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in sales, customer onboarding, or customer service
  • Willingness to pursue and obtain an Insurance License (100% of education and exam costs covered by Lyric National, Inc.)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate sensitive conversations with empathy and precision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Reliable mode of transportation and an active Driver's License are required for this outside sales role

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare or insurance sales
  • Knowledge of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) operations and/or a current health insurance license
  • Prior experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar tools)
  • Proven track record in an outside sales role

Responsibilities

  • Empower residents and their families by demystifying health insurance options and providing clear, expert guidance on available coverage.
  • Lead the end-to-end enrollment process, assisting with applications and verifying eligibility to ensure access to care.
  • Maintain 100% compliance with company and industry standards, ensuring all documentation and processes meet strict regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a dedicated resource for caregivers and family members, acting with a sense of urgency to resolve complex inquiries and provide timely solutions.
  • Drive results in an independent outside sales capacity, engaging in 90%+ in-person meetings with prospective residents and their families.
  • Educate residents on health insurance options and lead the end-to-end enrollment process, including eligibility verification.
  • Deliver a "resident-first" experience by providing clear, accurate guidance on coverage options and resolving complex inquiries with expertise.
  • Collaborate closely with facility staff and internal teams to build lasting relationships and ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Maintain meticulous records and submit documentation promptly using Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with HIPAA standards, state regulations, and company policies to protect resident information and facility integrity.
