About The Position

Holland America Line is seeking passionate Reservation Sales Agents to help guests plan unforgettable vacations while working remotely. As a Reservation Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls from Consumers and Travel Advisors, turning inquiries into bookings. You will sell cruises, upgrades, and add-ons using your expert product knowledge and strong sales skills. Top performers earn more, as sales calls are prioritized for high-converting agents. This role is not eligible for candidates residing in AR, CA, CO, DE, HI, ME, MN, NH, NV, NY, OK, SD, VT, WA, WV, WY.

Requirements

• One-year minimum of sales experience
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for helping people
• Ability to work from home with reliable high-speed internet
• Basic computer proficiency
• High‑speed Cable or Fiber internet (no satellite or mobile)
• Minimum speeds: 50 Mbps down / 12 Mbps up
• Must use a hardwired Ethernet connection (Wi‑Fi not compatible)

Nice To Haves

• Travel industry or call center experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Sell cruises and travel packages directly to consumers and advisors
• Convert calls into bookings and maximize revenue through upselling
• Provide top-tier service and first-call resolution for reservation questions
• Work independently while hitting sales, quality, availability and adherence targets
