Holland America Sales Agent – REMOTE - US
About The Position
Holland America Line is seeking passionate Reservation Sales Agents to work remotely and help guests plan unforgettable vacations. As a Reservation Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls from Consumers and Travel Advisors, converting inquiries into bookings. You will sell cruises, upgrades, and add-ons using your expert product knowledge and strong sales skills. Top performers have the potential to earn more as sales calls are prioritized for high-converting agents. This role is not eligible for candidates residing in AR, CA, CO, DE, HI, ME, MN, NH, NV, NY, OK, SD, VT, WA, WV, WY.
Requirements
- One-year minimum of sales experience
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for helping people
- Ability to work from home with reliable high-speed internet
- Basic computer proficiency
- High‑speed Cable or Fiber internet (no satellite or mobile)
- Minimum internet speeds: 50 Mbps down / 12 Mbps up
- Must use a hardwired Ethernet connection (Wi‑Fi not compatible)
Nice To Haves
- Travel industry or call center experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Sell cruises and travel packages directly to consumers and advisors
- Convert calls into bookings and maximize revenue through upselling
- Provide top-tier service and first-call resolution for reservation questions
- Work independently while hitting sales, quality, availability and adherence targets
- Leverage our tools to create exceptional guest experiences
