Nice To Haves
- Luxury sales experience is preferred
- Previous car sales experience ideal but not required
- Previous call center experience (an asset but not required)
Responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 100 calls per day
- Converse with customers to discuss needs and direct appropriately within the dealership
- Maintain accurate record keeping
- Deliver 110% customer experience
- Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
- Collaborate with Team Members
