About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver excellent service to customers at its retail locations. Advisors represent the company’s values and brand philosophy, help customers find eyewear through product knowledge and style advice, and contribute to the success of the business through customer interactions, process improvement ideas, and special projects. The role also involves supporting teammates and helping create an inclusive environment for customers and colleagues.

Requirements

Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
Ability to adapt, solve problems proactively, and respond quickly to unexpected situations.
Ability to work positively as a team member and lead by example.
Effective communication skills with a variety of people.
Organized, attentive, and detail-oriented.
Energetic self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Must not be on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
